Anxiety & Low Self Esteem
'I was hesitant to try hypnotherapy at first as I was afraid that I would be doing things that I did not want to do.
However, I decided to give it a try as I felt trapped with my anxiety and low self esteem. Hypnotherapy helped me achieve a state of deep relaxation I could not achieve on my own, and helped me build a positive outlook on life and develop self belief, and has made me a more calmer person. I now can use techniques I have learnt in hypnotherapy sessions to overcome stressful situations.
